Trace leaves of a tree on a green construction paper and cut them and keep aside. Draw a picture of a tree with no leaves. Have tape ready to tape the leaves on to the tree and markers to write on the leaves.

Look at and discuss the objects of beauty: sun, rain, flowers, leaves, butterfly etc of nature... then mother, father, teacher etc , the gifts of God.

Ask the children to write one gift of God on each leaf and tape to the tree to form the blessings tree.
