Read the exercises out slowly and with gentle tones, to the class, pausing between each sentence.
Step 1. "Firstly, sit upright in a comfortable position cross legged on the floor. Your back should be straight. Take a deep breath and relax as you breathe out."
Step 2. "Now relax yourselves."
Step 3. "Close your eyes."
Step 4. "Forget about everything that happened in the day. Imagine you just woke up in the morning. There is only 4 days left for the running race in the school. You want to win that race badly. You know some of your friends run much faster than you. But you say to yourself, 'I can do it! I can do it!' You work very hard and practice everyday. Then the final day of the race arrived. You saw all the children lined up in the race. You suddenly get a doubt that you might not win. You tell yourself 'I can do it! I can do it! I am going to win!' The race starts and you win! 'You made it!' Enjoy the fruits of your determination and hard work. How nice it is to work hard and achieve it! "
Step 5: Remain silent for two minutes. Say 3 Om s and open your eyes.
